What we collect
Full name, email, phone number (if you provide it), the details about the occasion and subject you write in the form, and the reference photo you upload.
Why we collect it
To prepare an accurate quote, create the requested artwork, and respond to your request by email or phone. We don't use this data for any other purpose.
Photos depicting other people
Many requests involve photos of loved ones, including those no longer living, or of pets, as well as photos of places for landscape commissions. By uploading the photo you confirm you have the right to share it for the purpose of creating the commissioned piece.
How long we keep it

Sharing with third parties
We don't sell or share your data with third parties, except the technical providers strictly necessary to run the form (email delivery and temporary storage of the uploaded photo).
Your rights
